This urban design is based on several functions of this area – living, exhibition, scientific research, business, office and industry. It combines the natural waterscape with the greenbelt, to make both sides of Maliuzhou Waterway a holistic garden city with orderly streets. This design creates trade exchanges among Maliuzhou Waterway, Bonded Area and Hengqin FZT. Meanwhile, in order to evolve and promote these places, the design integrates these areas by applying space design in different development stages.

This area contains the following parts: South Bay Area of Shizimen Business Area, Maliuzhou Waterway business office accommodation space, Hongwan commercial center, North Free Trade Zone and Hongwan commercial living area. The construction of these parts is “small neighborhood” in style.

Cet aménagement urbain est basé sur les différentes fonctions de cette zone : habitat, exposition, recherche scientifique, commerce, bureaux et industrie. Il combine le paysage aquatique naturel avec la ceinture verte, créant ainsi une cité-jardin holistique des deux côtés de la voie navigable de Maliuzhou, avec des rues bien ordonnées. Cette conception crée des échanges commerciaux entre la voie navigable de Maliuzhou, la Bonded Area et la zone franche de Hengqin. Parallèlement, afin d'évoluer et de promouvoir ces lieux, le projet intègre ces zones en appliquant le design d'espace à différents stades de développement.

Cette zone comprend les parties suivantes : South Bay Area of Shizimen Business Area, Maliuzhou Waterway business office accommodation space, Hongwan commercial center, North Free Trade Zone et Hongwan commercial living area. La construction de ces parties est de type "petit quartier".
