The site of the project is located in a city center in southern Dalian, with north border being the Anjiawang and south border being the Dalian University of Technology. This area is one of the centers for the Association of Higher Education of Dalian and features strong high-tech characteristics.
The main transportation hub to the area includes Zhongshan road, Xinan road, Hongling road, Ruanjianyuan road. Hongling road is located at the southern edge of the site and will soon be extended to be a 40-meter wide elevated road.  It has direct access to the Malan Square and Dalian University of Technology.
The site has stunning natural characteristics, vast hills and lush green surrounds the project.
Residential buildings are high-rises based on the concept of being affordable and innovative. In order to reach different levels of superior quality of living; the housings units are designed to have a maximum of open views. The units at the edge have unique design, all of these measure succeed to make use of the natural environment surrounding the site. There is also excellent permeability in each unit, meaning good ventilation and sun exposure. Careful consideration of the distances with adjacent buildings to avoid sunlight blockage.
The architectural design makes good use of the natural characteristics that exists on site. Well-thought considerations to building layout and distributions creates a co-existing relation with the hill.

Le site du projet est situé dans un centre-ville du sud de Dalian, avec pour frontière nord l'Anjiawang et pour frontière sud l'Université de technologie de Dalian. Cette zone est l'un des centres de l'Association de l'enseignement supérieur de Dalian et présente de fortes caractéristiques de haute technologie.
Les principaux axes de transport de la zone comprennent les routes Zhongshan, Xinan, Hongling et Ruanjianyuan. La route Hongling est située à la limite sud du site et sera bientôt prolongée pour devenir une route surélevée de 40 mètres de large.  Elle offre un accès direct à la place Malan et à l'université de technologie de Dalian.
Le site présente des caractéristiques naturelles étonnantes, de vastes collines et des espaces verts  entourent le projet.
Les immeubles résidentiels sont des tours basées sur le concept de l'abordabilité et de l'innovation. Afin d'atteindre différents niveaux de qualité de vie supérieure, les unités d'habitation sont conçues pour avoir un maximum de vues ouvertes. Les unités en bordure ont un design unique, toutes ces mesures réussissent à utiliser l'environnement naturel qui entoure le site. La perméabilité de chaque unité est excellente, ce qui signifie une bonne ventilation et une bonne exposition au soleil. Les distances avec les bâtiments adjacents ont été soigneusement étudiées pour éviter de bloquer la lumière du soleil.
La conception architecturale fait bon usage des caractéristiques naturelles du site. Des considérations bien pensées sur la disposition et la distribution des bâtiments créent une relation de coexistence avec la colline.
