The site is located on Yangchenghu Avenue in Lingnan with Weihua road to the north, Tingsheng street to the west, Tinglong street to the east and the “Jundi New Land” developments to the west. Yangchenghu is the main avenue of the city and it brings great advantage to the transportation of this area.
It is also located between Qingjian lake and Chengyang lake, providing stunning view from the units inside.

The Jundi New Land is a site with east-west axis which divides the area symmetrically and at the same time connects it with the Qingjian lake retail center. Three high rise buildings are positioned at the main axis of the site present an elegant symmetrical effect to the entrance.

Le site est situé au sud de l’avenue Yangchenghu, au nord de la route Weihua, à l’ouest de la rue Tingsheng et à l’est de la rue Tinglong. À l’est du site se trouve le projet "Jun Di Xin Da Lu" déjà construit. L’avenue Yangchenghu est une artère de transport très pratique.

La zone où se trouve le site est située entre le lac Qingjian et le lac Yangcheng, avec une vue sur le côté nord qui offre un paysage intéressant à certaines hauteurs et angles.

Le tissu urbain existant est pleinement respecté: le projet "Jun Di Xin Da Lu" adjacent à l’est du site est un projet symétrique le long de l’axe est-ouest, cet axe se connecte à l’est au centre commercial de Qingjianhu, et à l’ouest, il traverse le nouveau hôpital de Weiting, pointant le long de l’avenue Yangchenghu, formant déjà un effet global entre Qingjianhu et Yangchenghu. Par conséquent, les trois tours sont également disposées le long de cet axe, avec une symétrie centrale, dans le but de prolonger et de perfectionner l’effet de paysage urbain le long de l’avenue Yangchenghu.
