The Zhuhai Huafa Plaza is located in Zhuhai Hengqin New District, and Shizimen C.B.D. There are beautiful views across the sea, connecting with Macau, that contributes to feelings of a nice neighborhood with combined office and commercial and residentual spaces.

This site is adjacent to the waterfront, the siteplan is designed like a delicate splash in the bay area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau; an area full of movement and vitality. The design was inspired by the Zhuhai waterfront culture. The shape of the podium is reminiscint of flowing water and contributes to a feeling of floating above the ground;this design creates characteristics which stimulate the commercial activity and community atmosphere.Also, the podium rooftop uses its outdoor space to connect with the opposing view to the Macao TV tower.
