The site is in the new development district of Chengdu, east of the Yongfeng Road and north of the Jichang Road, with a background of intense urban construction, diverse cultural heritage, and important modern thinking. The critical development issues are a healthy and comfortable environment, a vernacular  in harmony with nature and the local climate within the area heritage context.

The separation of pedestrian and vehicle transportation concept, supports the building layout from the east to west, forming a number of half open courtyards. The clubhouse and the vegetable market are on the southeast with commercial spaces designed along the Jichang Road on the south. The design creates a commercial and residential separated community.

The master plan contains natural style landscape that elevates the community life to a higher level and introduces geometrical forms.  Framed by the terrain, the green spaces mutually intersect and form the integrated community garden. The architecture exhibits a noble image and introduces western classical elements.  Two vehicle entrances are on the south and west, and a pedestrian entrance leads people into different courtyards with pools and pavement on the south. The soft natural gardens and raised ground floor space cushion the hardness of the interior and exterior space. The continuity of natural landscape with planned landscape axis generates a quiet, idyllic atmosphere.

Le site se trouve dans le nouveau quartier de développement de Chengdu, à l'est de la route Yongfeng et au nord de la route Jichang, dans un contexte de construction urbaine intense, de patrimoine culturel diversifié et de pensée moderne importante. Les enjeux essentiels du développement sont un environnement sain et confortable, une architecture local en harmonie avec la nature et le climat local dans le contexte patrimonial de la région.

Le concept de séparation du transport des piétons et des véhicules soutient la disposition du bâtiment d'est en ouest, formant un certain nombre de cours semi-ouvertes. Le clubhouse et le marché aux légumes se trouvent au sud-est, tandis que les espaces commerciaux sont conçus le long de la route de Jichang au sud. La conception crée une communauté commerciale et résidentielle séparée.

Le plan directeur prévoit un paysage naturel qui élève la vie de la communauté à un niveau supérieur et introduit des formes géométriques.  Encadrés par le terrain, les espaces verts se croisent et forment un jardin communautaire intégré. L'architecture présente une image noble et introduit des éléments classiques occidentaux.  Deux entrées pour les véhicules se trouvent au sud et à l'ouest, et une entrée pour les piétons conduit les gens dans différentes cours avec des piscines et des trottoirs au sud. Les jardins naturels doux et le rez-de-chaussée surélevé atténuent la dureté de l'espace intérieur et extérieur. La continuité entre le paysage naturel et l'axe paysager planifié génère une atmosphère calme et idyllique.
