The development is north of the Lingling Road in the Xujiahui District of Shanghai.  Cognizant of the existing streets, traffic patterns, and pedestrian flow, the design blends the new towers into the surrounding neighbourhood with design concepts for daylight hour operation and strong pedestrian pattern routes. High rise buildings step in height with a vivid cluster of towers offering all residents access to natural light, landscaped gardens with ponds, waterfalls, green barriers, lawns and sculpture.

Le projet se situe au nord de la route Lingling dans le district de Xujiahui à Shanghai.  Tenant compte des rues existantes, des schémas de circulation et des flux de piétons, le projet intègre les nouvelles tours dans le quartier environnant grâce à des concepts d'aménagement permettant de fonctionner à la lumière du jour et à des itinéraires fortement marqués par les piétons. Les immeubles de grande hauteur s'élèvent en gradins, offrant à tous les résidents un accès à la lumière naturelle, à des jardins paysagers avec des étangs, des cascades, des barrières vertes, des pelouses et des sculptures.
