This project is located in the New Xiangzhou Area of Zhuhai. The site is close to the city administration and sports centre. It is adjacent to Phoenix Mountain and the sea with abundant natural resources.
The surrounding area of the project is built with a pleasant environment and a complete infrastructure. The traffic is highly accessible. The project will play an important role in the display of the city image and the improvement of the citizens’ service function.
The design first established planning and landscape design ideas and built up the architectual conception of “splashing water” of the Civic Centre. The site is divided into three main zones: the Civic Centre, the Emergency Centre, and the bus terminal. The Civic Centre includes the main functions of the service hall, the administrative approval offices, the conference facilities and the convenient services for the public.

Ce projet est situé dans la nouvelle zone de Xiangzhou à Zhuhai. Le site est proche du centre  administration et sportif de la ville. Il est adjacent à la montagne Phoenix et à la mer, avec d'abondantes ressources naturelles.

La zone environnante du projet offre un environnement agréable et une infrastructure complète. La circulation est très accessible. Le projet jouera un rôle crucial dans la représentation de l'image de la ville et dans l'amélioration de la fonction de service aux citoyens.
La conception a d'abord élaboré des idées de planification et d'aménagement paysager et a construit la conception architecturale de "l'eau qui éclabousse" du centre civique. Le site est divisé en trois zones principales : le centre civique, le centre d'urgence et la gare routière. Le centre civique comprend les fonctions principales du hall de service, les bureaux d'approbation administrative, les installations de conférence et les services pratiques destinés au le public.
